Rove could not have acted alone in revealing information about Valerie Plame, someone had to tell him about her. The question is, "Who?"

Was it someone from the CIA, George Tenet perhaps? Was it someone from the Department of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, maybe? Or, was it someone within the White House who had top secret clearance, George W. Bush or Dick Cheney?

Until the question of "Who told Rove?" is answered, we will not have, as Paul Harvey would say, "The rest of the story."
